As a member of Bryman & Clerke, P.A., Mr. Bryman graduated with a B.B.A. degree in Finance, in 1987 from the University of Georgia, and received his law degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in May, 1991. From June, 1991 to March, 1993, Mr. Bryman was a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Alexander with the Superior Court of Fulton County. He joined the firm of Hicks, Maloof & Campbell, P.C. in March, 1993.

Mr. Bryman specializes in providing personal, detail-oriented legal counsel in a wide variety of business, commercial, and litigation matters. When possible, he will begin with the conceptual stage of your business, identifying areas of exposure, be it with customers, clients, employees, contractors, representatives, distributors, or protection of the proprietary assets that give your business the edge against the competition (including intellectual properties and trade secrets). 

Mr. Bryman is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta and Cobb Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, the United States District Court and United States Court of Appeals.

As a member of Bryman & Clerke, P.A., Mr. Clerke graduated from Georgia’s senior military school, North Georgia College and State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1991, he received the degree of Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law located in Atlanta, Georgia. While in law school, Mr. Clerke participated in an internship that introduced him to trial work with the Federal Public Defender Program, which involved federal criminal trials and appeals.  

Mr. Clerke has been successfully representing clients from the greater Atlanta area since 1991.  Mr. Clerke's aggressive strategies and focus on protecting clients’ rights have earned him the reputation as Marietta’s best criminal defense attorney. With a comprehensive understanding of Georgia criminal law, Mr. Clerke has the experience to analyze and represent even the most complex cases.

Mr. Clerke also has extensive experience in practicing domestic/family law cases and personal injury law. I am currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, Cobb County Bar Association, Gwinnett County Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Clerke is licensed to practice in all Georgia State and Federal Courts.
